About the role
The Nanyang Technological University (NTU) invites applications for a Visiting Associate Professor to join the MSc in Cybersecurity – Applied Cryptography program. The appointment is focused on delivering high‑quality instruction in network security and cryptography to graduate students.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and tutorials totaling at least 3.5 hours per week for a 13‑week, 3.0 AU course.
- Design and update course syllabus, prepare teaching materials, and develop assessment items.
- Mark assignments, examinations and provide timely feedback.
- Offer regular student consultations and support learning outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven record of teaching at the graduate level, preferably with experience in both face‑to‑face and online delivery.
- Strong academic background in network security, cryptography, or related cybersecurity fields.
- Ability to engage a diverse student body and promote an inclusive learning environment.
