About the role

The VP, Consumer Operations & Growth is a senior leadership position within Circles' Growth Organization. The role builds and leads a unified SME capability that drives consumer growth across all Circles markets and client engagements, integrating functions such as Customer Value Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand, Research, and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and integrate all SME functions to create a high‑performance, data‑driven consumer growth engine.
• Provide horizontal support to Revenue & Sales, Build, Operate, Innovation, and Product teams with consumer insights and execution discipline.
• Own senior stakeholder engagement for platform clients, conducting business reviews and delivering commercial recommendations.
• Partner with local operating teams in Circles‑run markets to improve commercial performance, optimize operations, and accelerate growth.
• Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and monetization strategies while managing P&L contributions.
• Own end‑to‑end customer experience strategy, improving satisfaction, retention, and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of experience in consumer‑focused commercial, marketing, or operations leadership roles.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with operational rigor and the ability to translate strategy into measurable execution.
• Proven track record of driving subscriber growth, ARPU expansion, retention, and churn reduction in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
