Warehouse Admin Coordinator – Tuas

About the role

The Warehouse Admin Coordinator supports the warehouse team by handling daily job requests, ensuring smooth communication and accurate documentation. This onsite role is based in Tuas, Singapore, and offers a fast‑paced environment where coordination is key.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the warehouse team with daily job requests and operational documentation.
• Monitor inbound job requests via email and perform data entry.
• Update customers on job status, scheduling, and enquiries.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely job execution.
• Maintain operational records and filing systems.
• Support general administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service.
• Familiarity with warehouse or logistics processes is preferred.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Singaporean citizenship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
