Warehouse Admin Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Admin Officer to manage daily shipments, handle customer enquiries and ensure smooth transport coordination within our Singapore operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day shipment processing and ensure timely dispatch.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide follow‑up until shipment closure.
• Liaise with internal teams, external customers and suppliers to coordinate activities.
• Coordinate transport bookings and maintain the shipment schedule.
• Administer the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and customer portals.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum N Level educational qualification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking customers.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word for document preparation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data handling.
• Ability to create presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
