Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our logistics team at KEIZEN PTE. LTD. in Jurong Island, Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring smooth order fulfilment, efficient warehouse operations, and accurate inventory management. The assistant will support daily warehouse activities, coordinate with transportation providers, and ensure that inventory records reflect actual stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order fulfilment processes to guarantee timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute efficient logistics, transportation, and warehouse services.
• Monitor service providers for compliance with service levels, frequency, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintain high and consistent inventory accuracy across the warehouse.

Required profile

• Junior executive level with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with logistics partners and internal teams.
• Commitment to meeting service level agreements and maintaining inventory precision.
• Must be able to monitor and report on service provider performance and support continuous improvement of logistics processes.
