Warehouse Assistant

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant will support daily warehouse operations, handling inventory, cargo movement, and forklift tasks while maintaining a safe and efficient environment. Training on forklift operation is available for candidates without a licence.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load, unload and move goods safely within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack and store cargo accurately according to designated locations.
• Stuff and unstuff cargo into containers.
• Conduct monthly stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Handle cargo safely and follow all warehouse safety procedures.
• Assist in containing minor cargo spillages when required.
• Perform other warehouse and ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Candidates with or without a valid forklift licence are welcome.
• Manual forklift operating experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass a practical forklift driving assessment if experienced.
