Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our automated facility in Singapore. The role supports daily warehouse operations, handling inbound, outbound and inventory activities while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound, outbound and return goods checking.
• Receive and put-away items using ASRS automated systems.
• Check, retrieve, load and unload import and export cargo.
• Re-pack and palletise goods as required.
• Execute outbound picking using the Pick-to-Light system.
• Merge inventory with automated equipment and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Maintain material handling equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Operate forklift and reach truck where licensed.
• Follow all safety procedures, SOPs and support other teams as needed.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry-level candidates with a keen interest in logistics.
• Warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety regulations.
• Responsible, careful and able to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Experience with ASRS automated systems.
• Familiarity with Pick-to-Light picking technology.
• Forklift operation (licence preferred).
• Reach truck operation (licence preferred).
