Warehouse Associate / Logistics Officer – Public Sector (Multiple Locations)

About the role

We are seeking Warehouse Associates / Logistics Officers to join a stable public‑sector employer in Singapore. The role involves handling inbound and outbound goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the logistics team across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming goods into the warehouse management system.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch according to customer requirements.
• Managing inventory levels, conducting stock counts and maintaining accurate movement records.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Organising storage areas to optimise space utilisation and product accessibility.
• Coordinating with logistics teams to schedule deliveries and manage outbound shipments.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Supporting inventory reconciliation and participating in cycle counts.
• Performing ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems and IT applications.
• Forklift licence or other material‑handling certifications are advantageous.
