Warehouse Customer Service Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Customer Service Executive to join our logistics team on Jurong Island. In this role you will coordinate import, export and internal transfers while ensuring inventory records are accurate and customers receive timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import, export and transfer activities with relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transaction logs.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
• Monitor department KPIs and take on additional tasks as assigned.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to support daily operations.
• Assist other functions and peers when needed.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks delegated by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum N/O Level, Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of import/export processes and inventory management.
• Willingness to support operations during weekends or after regular office hours.
• Team‑player attitude with a customer‑centric mindset.
