Warehouse Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Ang Mo Kio facility. The role ensures efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels through regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, transporters and internal teams.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling and storage of goods in line with company procedures.
• Operate warehouse management systems to keep inventory and shipment records up‑to‑date.
• Prepare delivery orders, goods receipts, inventory reports and related documentation.
• Track warehouse productivity, space utilization and stock movement to drive efficiency improvements.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, enforcing safety, housekeeping and operational standards.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods and delivery issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance performance.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations.
• Strong organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift licence and Class 3 driving licence are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory/warehouse management systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Forklift operation.
• Class 3 driving licence.
