Warehouse Executive – Manufacturing & Logistics

About the role

The Warehouse Executive will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely shipment preparation, and smooth coordination with internal and external partners. This role supports the manufacturing and logistics functions of the company across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Prepare shipping documents, arrange export shipments, and liaise with forwarders.
• Receive, inspect, and route incoming materials, ensuring they match purchase orders.
• Pack and dispatch finished goods according to shipment lists.
• Monitor and replenish packing material inventory.
• Train and develop store assistants, and uphold 6S standards in the warehouse.
• Generate warehouse reports and handle ad‑hoc duties as directed by management.

Required profile

• ‘N’/‘O’ level or equivalent qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MRP systems such as SAP or Baan.
• Advanced computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
