Warehouse & Logistics Assistant (Urgent Hiring)

About the role

The Singapore Mint is looking for a motivated Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipment coordination. The role is hands‑on and ideal for candidates with experience in logistics, supply‑chain or 3PL environments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against delivery documents.
• Store inventory accurately, pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery.
• Maintain proper labelling, traceability and housekeeping standards.
• Process inventory transactions in ERP/WMS and support cycle counts.
• Coordinate deliveries, collections and shipment schedules with logistics partners.
• Prepare delivery orders, packing lists and shipping documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety requirements and support audit activities.

Required profile

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or inventory control.
• Experience with inventory management systems, ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced environment.
