Warehouse Operations Executive

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Executive will oversee all day‑to‑day activities within our Singapore warehouse. You will ensure that receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch processes run smoothly while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Assign delivery tasks and work with drivers to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Process and monitor customer orders to ensure accurate fulfilment.
• Enforce warehouse SOPs, safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
• Supervise and support warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse and delivery operations.
• Train and guide new warehouse staff on operational procedures and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing daily warehouse operations.
• Ability to supervise and develop warehouse personnel.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
