Warehouse Supervisor – 12‑hour Shifts, Pioneer/Woodlands

About the role

Join a stable multinational warehouse environment in Singapore as a Warehouse Supervisor. You will lead a team of associates, oversee daily operations, and develop your leadership skills in a fast‑paced distribution setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates during assigned 12‑hour shifts.
• Plan and allocate manpower to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor team productivity and achieve KPIs and service level targets.
• Oversee inbound and outbound processes including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, staging, loading and dispatch.
• Coordinate stock counts, cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation such as GRNs, ASNs, delivery orders and pick lists.
• Prevent inventory loss through proper controls and processes.
• Train, coach and mentor team members on SOPs, WMS usage and workplace safety.
• Ensure high standards of safety, housekeeping and operational excellence.
• Maintain and utilise warehouse equipment including RF scanners, MHE and printers.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
• Previous experience leading a warehouse or logistics operations team.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory control and WMS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to commit to rotating 12‑hour day and night shifts.
