Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead safe, accurate and efficient warehouse operations across Singapore. You will coordinate inventory, supply‑chain activities and ensure compliance with ISO9001 and ISO45001 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, inspection, labeling, put‑away, picking, issuing and delivery.
• Verify goods against delivery orders, purchase records and the ERP system.
• Maintain bin locations, stock identification and overall warehouse organisation.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with suppliers, customers and transport providers.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts and support annual stock takes.
• Investigate discrepancies, manage slow‑moving or damaged stock and keep accurate ERP records.
• Work with Procurement to track purchase orders, supplier deliveries and lead times.
• Plan and assign daily duties to warehouse staff, monitor attendance and productivity, and provide training on procedures and equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising warehouse or logistics teams.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO45001 compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock replenishment and cycle‑count processes.
• Ability to coordinate with procurement, suppliers and internal departments.

Required skills

• ERP system usage for inventory and stock movement tracking.
• Inventory management and control techniques.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 & ISO45001 standards.
