About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and delivery of goods. This role reports on productivity and coordinates with other departments to maintain smooth logistics flow.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse staff and manage daily activities.
  • Track and coordinate receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure accuracy of orders and deliveries.
  • Prepare records, reports, and necessary documentation.
  • Enforce health and safety standards and perform daily inspections.
  • Coordinate fleet and equipment maintenance.
  • Communicate with other departments and customers.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or GED (required); degree in business, management, logistics or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar management position.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with data entry software.
