Wealth Manager – Client Relationship & Advisory

About the role

We are looking for a motivated mid‑career professional to join our wealth management team in Singapore. The role is ideal for individuals with at least three years of sales or client‑facing experience who want to transition into financial advisory. You will work closely with senior advisers to deliver tailored wealth solutions to a growing client base.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients through effective communication and needs‑based conversations.
• Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate wealth management and advisory solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities via networking, referrals and proactive prospecting.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and regular financial reviews.
• Maintain a strong client portfolio through diligent relationship management.
• Stay informed on financial products, market developments and industry trends.
• Collaborate with senior advisers and the team to deliver high‑quality client solutions.
• Achieve individual and team business targets while adhering to professional and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales, business development or client‑facing experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable in a performance‑oriented environment.
• Genuine interest in building a long‑term career in wealth management and financial advisory.
• Willingness to undergo training and obtain required industry qualifications and licences.
