WordPress + React Frontend Developer Needed for a Yacht Booking Platform

About the role

We are seeking an experienced WordPress and React developer to create the frontend of a modern yacht booking platform. The solution will combine a headless WordPress backend with a highly interactive React interface, delivering a premium, user‑friendly experience for customers looking to discover, compare, and book yachts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a responsive React frontend that handles dynamic yacht search, filtering, sorting, and booking flows.
• Integrate the frontend with WordPress via the REST API, ensuring clean data exchange for yacht details, availability, and pricing.
• Implement intuitive booking steps: search, view yacht, select dates, enter guest details, review, and submit.
• Optimize performance, loading states, and error handling for fast, mobile‑first interactions.
• Collaborate with the non‑technical team to structure WordPress content (yachts, categories, locations, pricing, availability).

Required profile

• Proven experience building headless WordPress sites with React.
• Ability to understand complex booking flows and translate them into clean UI/UX.
• Comfort working with non‑technical stakeholders to define content structures.

Required skills

• WordPress (including REST API and headless setup)
• React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• HTML5, CSS3, responsive and mobile‑first design
• Git version control
• Performance optimization and basic SEO considerations
• Familiarity with WooCommerce, Stripe or other payment integrations (optional)
