Workforce Transformation Consulting Internship (Jan‑Jun 2027)

About the role

Join PwC's Workforce Transformation team as an intern from January to June 2027. You will support market‑leading People & Organisation consulting projects, helping clients redesign their workforce, HR functions, and workplace through strategic and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in strategising, designing and implementing functional and operational initiatives for clients.
• Support assessments, transformation or optimisation of supply‑chain, procurement and back‑office functions such as Finance, Operations and IT.
• Contribute to business modelling, process design and improvement activities.
• Participate in change‑management, project‑management and organisational‑design tasks.
• Help evaluate and implement IT systems and digital tools.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic student with a strong interest in problem solving and consulting.
• Available for a full‑time internship from January to June 2027.
• Motivated to develop a long‑term career in People & Organisation consulting.
