Workplace Engagement Executive

About the role

The Workplace Engagement Executive supports Shiseido Asia Pacific’s Executive Committee with administrative, secretarial and front‑desk duties while helping to design and deliver workplace engagement programmes across Singapore and Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to assigned Executive Committee members, including managing appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices and coordinate delivery of goods for the division.
• Act as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on engagement‑related activities.
• Plan, book and manage business travel in line with company policies and budgets, and handle travel‑related issues.
• Support the planning and execution of workplace engagement initiatives that promote culture, wellness and belonging across three business entities in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Partner with HR counterparts in Malaysia to co‑develop and deliver executive engagement, wellness and culture‑building activities.
• Monitor and track engagement budgets, propose cost‑optimisation strategies and report metrics to the Workplace Engagement Manager.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding administrative tasks, including office tours, welcome kits and internal communications.
