职位概况

我们是一家专注川菜的中餐馆，现招聘经验丰富的厨师，负责菜品的准备、烹饪及厨房运营管理。

主要职责

按照餐厅标准准备并烹饪正宗川菜。
确保菜品质量、口味和摆盘符合要求。
负责日常食材准备、加工及厨房工作。
监控食材新鲜度，维护食品安全与卫生。
与厨房团队协作，确保出餐流程顺畅。
协助研发新菜品，提升菜单品质。

任职要求

至少5年川菜厨房工作经验。
熟悉川菜口味、调料及烹饪方法。
能够独立工作并承担厨房责任。
工作认真负责，适应快节奏餐饮环境。
具备良好的团队合作与沟通能力。
能够在公共假期和周末工作。
