Account Analyst

About the role

The Account Analyst will manage internal collections for delinquent customer accounts using a predictive dialer. The role focuses on delivering satisfactory solutions for both the client and Island Finance while adhering to company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound collection calls to customers with overdue accounts.
• Utilize a predictive dialing system to maximize call efficiency.
• Identify and propose repayment solutions that meet client needs and company objectives.
• Ensure all interactions comply with internal policies and relevant legal requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of post‑secondary education, preferably in Business Administration.
• At least three years of experience in collections, telemarketing, or phone‑based customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet performance targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
