Account and HR Executive (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account and HR Executive to support our Finance Manager and handle a range of human‑resource and administrative tasks. This junior‑level position offers exposure to both accounting and HR functions within a dynamic printing company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager with daily accounting entries and month‑end closing.
• Process monthly payroll, CPF submissions, IR21 tax clearance, IR8A reporting and manage insurance matters.
• Coordinate HR activities such as recruitment, new‑employee orientation, staff handbook updates and work‑pass applications.
• Maintain employee records, leave and attendance logs, and oversee staff exits.
• Manage office facilities, assets and company SOP updates.
• Prepare and submit government surveys, statistics, grant applications and related claims.
• Shortlist candidates, arrange interviews and support ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accounting or a related qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple administrative tasks.
• Good communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Navision accounting software (advantageous).
