Account Development Rep (Bahasa Indonesia)

About the role

Kong is hiring an Account Development Rep (Bahasa Indonesia) for a hybrid role based in Singapore. The Sales Development team works with Sales and Marketing to build enthusiasm for Kong's product, and its reps identify and qualify new opportunities for the sales organization. Indonesia will be the primary market served, so fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia is expected.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Sales team to develop inbound and outbound campaigns from idea generation through to qualified calls
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge
• Contact IT and business decision-makers by telephone, video, LinkedIn and email
• Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce to ensure effective lead management
• Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team and nurture early-phase opportunities
• Meet monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas
• Build strong relationships with the marketing team and Account Executives
• Invest in your own development and complete any additional tasks required by the manager

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia
• 1 year or more of strong sales or customer-facing experience
• A 'hunter' mentality: comfortable prospecting, cold-calling and following up on leads
• Ability to learn quickly, give and receive feedback, and work independently under coaching
• Outstanding phone and written communication and active listening
• Passion for cutting-edge technology and quick learning of new IT software
