Account Executive cum Admin

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive cum Admin to join our team in Woodlands, Singapore. This hybrid role blends core accounting responsibilities with essential administrative support, ensuring smooth financial operations and accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑set accounts, from journal entries to financial statements.
• Perform stock reconciliation and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Utilise accounting software for day‑to‑day transactions; AutoCount experience is a plus.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations.
• Provide administrative assistance to support the finance department.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Accountancy, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience handling full‑set accounts.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in inventory and stock management.
• Good working knowledge of accounting standards and GST regulations.

Required skills

• AutoCount (or similar accounting software).
• General accounting software proficiency.

• Competitive salary range SGD 2,800‑3,200 per month.
• 5.5‑day work week (Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm, Saturday 8 am‑12 pm).
