Account Manager – AI & Technology Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven Account Manager to build and grow strategic client relationships for our AI and technology solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the full lifecycle from opportunity identification to long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and company objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Pre‑Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery—to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Design and execute pricing strategies that balance profitability with market competitiveness.
• Drive sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and achieve revenue targets.
• Collect market intelligence, analyze trends, and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Oversee account profitability, coordinate billing, and ensure timely customer payments.
• Represent the company at industry events, deliver presentations, and expand brand presence.
