Account Manager – B2B Data & Analytics (ASEAN)

About the role

Join a leading global business intelligence platform as an Account Manager focused on the ASEAN market. You will be the primary liaison for enterprise clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our data and analytics solutions while driving growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of B2B accounts throughout Southeast Asia, acting as the main point of contact.
• Maintain client retention through proactive engagement, regular check‑ins, and demonstrable value delivery.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across our suite of data and analytics products.
• Achieve individual revenue targets for renewals and expansion.
• Conduct business reviews to assess client satisfaction, usage, and strategic alignment.
• Build strong relationships with Directors, VPs, and C‑Level executives.
• Collaborate with Business Development to ensure smooth handover and onboarding.
• Keep accurate records of all account activity in the CRM.
• Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving client engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of account management or client success experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or data environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and upsell targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at multiple organisational levels.
• Customer‑centric mindset and a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
• Highly organised and capable of managing a large account portfolio simultaneously.
• Data‑driven approach to account management.
