Account Manager – Brand & Sustainability Consulting

About the role

Join Sedgwick Richardson’s Client Servicing Team as an Account Manager, supporting brand and sustainability projects across Greater China and Southeast Asia. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our creative, strategy, and partner teams, ensuring projects deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day project activities, coordinating account servicing, creative, and external partners.
• Develop clear briefs and strategic client presentations that align with sustainability goals.
• Lead and mentor team members to deliver high‑quality work on time and within budget.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice and positioning the agency as a trusted partner.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the agency’s quality standards.
• Manage project finances, prepare quotations and oversee invoicing.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of account management experience in a brand consulting or marketing communications agency.
• Proven ability to lead teams and grow client accounts across traditional and digital channels.
• Strong strategic thinking with a focus on sustainability and brand value.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while staying organized and calm.
