Account Manager – ERP Solutions

About the role

The client is a well‑established enterprise software solutions provider seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and maintain strong relationships with existing ERP customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support long‑term retention and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand business relationships.
• Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, understand business needs, and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other supporting documentation as needed.
• Promote additional products and services where relevant to create added value for customers.
• Monitor account performance and work towards achieving agreed business objectives and targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account updates within the company's CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering excellent service and maintaining long‑term client relationships.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems effectively.
• Good listening skills with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
