About the role
The Account Manager will grow and manage a portfolio of clients by building strong relationships, shaping account strategies, and coordinating internal teams to deliver IT business solutions that align with client objectives. This role focuses on ERP, digital transformation and cloud computing projects, requiring both sales acumen and technical insight.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through structured sales strategies.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including senior leadership.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms and service scope.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long‑term retention.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation in line with company policies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
Required profile
- Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a demonstrated interest in sales.
- Good knowledge of IT solutions, especially digital transformation and cloud technologies.
