About the role
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long‑term relationships that drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow client relationships, acting as the main liaison for day‑to‑day communications.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase account value.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations and product teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
- Monitor account performance, track client satisfaction and ensure service delivery meets agreed standards.
- Prepare reports, manage contracts and oversee smooth execution of client projects or services.
- Analyze client needs and provide strategic recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Support client retention and contribute to overall business revenue objectives.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of account management, client relations and customer success principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Good commercial awareness with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
