Account Manager

About the role

LePub APAC is seeking an Account Manager to act as the bridge between client vision and creative execution. The role involves managing client relationships, leading presentations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients.
• Research brands, categories and competitors to provide strategic insight.
• Collaborate with planning, media and creative teams to develop compelling agency briefs.
• Influence creative development by sharing brand knowledge and offering strategic recommendations.
• Present production estimates and secure client approval.
• Prepare weekly status reports and conference call summaries.
• Attend shoots and edit sessions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate communication between agency, client and partner agencies to guarantee seamless delivery.
• Work with studios, producers and project managers to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of account experience in a highly creative advertising environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing and media trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Professional discretion and a collaborative mindset.
