Account Manager

About the role

Atlas Media, a growth‑marketing agency in Singapore, is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. You will nurture client relationships, coordinate campaign execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Lead client meetings, onboarding calls, and campaign review sessions.
• Coordinate with media buyers, creative strategists, editors, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Identify client challenges and proactively recommend solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
• Track client feedback and ensure follow‑through on action items.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of account management, client servicing, project management, or customer success experience in an agency setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Highly responsive, detail‑oriented, and accountable.
