Account Manager

About the role

INX is seeking a full‑time Account Manager to join its Singapore office. The position operates on a hybrid schedule, combining on‑site client and event engagement with flexible work‑from‑home days. You will act as the primary liaison between brands and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of brand experiences and events across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts from brief to delivery, translating brand objectives into actionable campaigns.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including strategy, creative, production, and event operations—to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and status updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular check‑ins, post‑event reviews, and identification of upselling opportunities.
• Monitor project performance, support sustainable production practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client servicing or account management within brand experience, events, or marketing.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposals, presentations, and client correspondence.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
