Account Manager – Medical Devices

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our growing medical‑device business in Singapore. The role supports the sales team by building strong relationships with hospitals and clinicians, helping them adopt our technologies and ensuring smooth commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in engaging with hospitals, clinicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with customer meetings, product demonstrations and case support as needed.
• Develop an understanding of clinical workflows and how our technologies improve patient care.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through responsiveness, professionalism and reliability.
• Contribute to account planning and customer‑engagement activities.
• Provide sales‑administration support, including CRM updates, opportunity tracking and accurate record‑keeping.
• Coordinate internal communication and logistics for meetings and demos.
• Help prepare proposals, presentations and other customer documentation.
• Support the team with market intelligence and basic competitive insights.
• Continuously develop knowledge of medical technologies, clinical procedures, healthcare systems and procurement processes through training and internal programs.
