Account Manager – Private Sector APAC

About the role

TRM Labs is seeking an Account Manager for its Private Sector portfolio across the APAC region. You will own a book of financial institutions, crypto businesses, and other private‑sector customers, guiding them through onboarding, renewal and expansion phases.

Key responsibilities

• Drive net retention and expansion across a portfolio of APAC private‑sector accounts.
• Own the full renewal and expansion motion, from commercial negotiation to close, with quota accountability.
• Prepare for each customer conversation with context on business priorities, regulatory environment and compliance needs.
• Build trusted relationships with senior and working‑level stakeholders, maintaining continuity and deepening engagement.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce, providing visibility into account health and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Solutions Architecture to translate feedback into actionable insights.
• Develop a base of satisfied customers who renew consistently, expand over time and become regional advocates.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or post‑sale SaaS roles, preferably with private‑sector customers in APAC.
• Proven track record managing renewals, expansions and commercial conversations with quota responsibility.
• Ability to operate across diverse APAC markets, cultures and regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with financial‑crime compliance domains (AML, sanctions, KYC, fraud, crypto compliance) or strong aptitude to learn quickly.
• Comfort managing a high‑volume book of business with competing priorities and tight timelines.
• Strong customer presence, clear communication and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
