About the role
Coface is seeking an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to drive revenue growth and retain profitable clients. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensure high‑quality service from contract inception, and build long‑term relationships while promoting Coface’s suite of trade‑related solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
- Drive renewal revenue, profitability and account growth; prepare proposals, quotations and renewal plans.
- Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to maximise account value.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, brokers and internal teams, providing regular updates and market insights.
- Manage contract renewals, pricing negotiations and policy changes while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Represent Coface at industry events and client engagements.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- Minimum 5 + years of experience in business development or account management, preferably within the financial or insurance sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Broad understanding of key markets, competitive landscape and client needs.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
