About the role
KAYTUS is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales of its server and storage solutions in Singapore. You will act as the primary liaison between key enterprise customers and our product teams, ensuring that client needs are met with tailored, high‑quality offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets for server products and related services.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with key customers, understanding their technical and business requirements.
- Collaborate with headquarters on market research, product promotion, and sales management activities.
- Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into qualified deals.
- Work closely with solutions engineers and product managers to design and present appropriate solutions.
- Map the customer decision‑making chain and lead bidding processes.
Required profile
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT infrastructure.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken, written, and reading).
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Familiarity with data servers.
- Knowledge of storage technologies.
