Account Manager – Singapore

About the role

WPP Production is seeking an Account Manager to support the Business Director and Associate Account Director on a key retainer account in Singapore. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams and ensuring delivery against budgets and workflows in a fast‑moving, AI‑driven marketing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Associate Account Director and Business Director with day‑to‑day operations of the retainer account.
• Maintain and develop day‑to‑day client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate internal production teams, studios and craft experts to deliver multi‑channel content.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and workflow timelines to ensure projects stay on track.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling additional services.
• Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.

Required profile

• Proven track record in account handling within marketing, advertising or production agencies.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of industry best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, attending the office around four days a week.
