Accountant – Full-Time (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Accountant to join our finance team in Singapore. This entry‑level position offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in month‑end closing, financial reporting, and a wide range of accounting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate month‑end closing and financial reports to management.
• Prepare and finalize monthly and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards.
• Execute core accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and support forecasting and budgeting exercises.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and government authorities to ensure audit and statutory compliance.
• Maintain adherence to finance filing requirements, tax filings, audits, and internal procedures.
• Assist in implementing new financial processes and systems to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Fresh/entry‑level candidate with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of accounting processes (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations).
• Understanding of month‑end closing and financial reporting procedures.
