Accounting Manager (Corporate Services)

About the role

Acclime is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its growing regional team in Singapore. You will act as a primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high‑quality accounting, tax and statutory services while developing your technical expertise and professional network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple industries, ensuring timely delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts, financial statements, GST returns and other statutory filings.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), Companies Act, IRAS requirements and related regulations.
• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of senior associates and associates, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.
• Allocate workloads, monitor deadlines and manage resources to guarantee smooth client engagement delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and offices in other countries to maintain service delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate services, outsourced accounting or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate regulations, SFRS, GST, CPF and basic tax principles.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and client‑handling skills.
• Proven leadership, coaching and team‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP and Oracle.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
