Accounts & Admin Executive

About the role

Propseller is seeking an Operations‑minded Generalist with basic accounting skills to join the team as an Accounts & Admin Executive. You will be a key player in keeping daily operations smooth, from onboarding new hires to handling vendor payments and organising company events.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic accounting tasks including bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare GST schedules and support month‑end closing activities.
• Manage HR operations such as employee documentation, insurance administration, onboarding, and IT device allocation.
• Oversee office management duties including pantry supplies, quarterly town‑hall logistics, and the annual company trip.
• Contribute to a positive office culture by identifying and resolving operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Generalist mindset with a strong willingness to support various functions across finance, HR, and office management.
• Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership of issues and drives them to resolution.
