Accounts Executive

About the role

The Accounts Executive will support the finance function for our Singapore and Cambodia operations. You will be responsible for accurate sales reconciliation, full‑set accounting, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales reconciliation for Singapore operations and verify sales receipt entries.
• Handle full‑set accounting for Cambodia, including AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and year‑end financial reports for Cambodia.
• Coordinate and assist with annual external and internal audits for both Singapore and Cambodia entities.
• Respond to store enquiries related to sales transactions and reconciliation matters.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage petty cash receipts, prepare replenishment requests and keep system records up to date.
• Prepare and submit Gross Turnover (GTO) reports to landlords and liaise on related queries.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
