Accounts Executive

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Accounts Executive to join our Singapore team. The role focuses on managing the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily Accounts Receivable operations and month‑end closing activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage progress claims and issue tax invoices to third parties.
• Update and monitor receipts, generate aging reports, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare monthly statements of accounts and liaise with customers for payment follow‑up.
• Verify staff claims, petty‑cash reimbursements, and process disbursements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AR procedures and Singapore tax regulations (preferred).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
