Accounts Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Singapore. The role involves managing day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and management reports.
• Assist with GST submissions, payroll processing, and statutory filings.
• Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong knowledge of local tax and compliance regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
