ACMV Engineer (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior ACMV Engineer to support our Project Manager in delivering HVAC projects for industrial and commercial clients in Singapore. The role involves overseeing project progress, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project schedules, manpower allocation and daily progress reporting.
• Prepare and develop detailed engineering designs where required.
• Conduct testing, commissioning and basic troubleshooting of ACMV systems.
• Coordinate with main contractors, sub‑contractors and clients for site inspections and approvals.
• Manage equipment and material deliveries and verify compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and submit MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, RFA, RFI and other project documentation.
• Participate in technical, progress and safety meetings.
• Produce OMM manuals, As‑Built drawings, training materials and DLP programmes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience in managing ACMV projects for industrial or commercial purposes.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Problem‑solving, coordination and management skills.

Required skills

• ACMV/HVAC air‑conditioning knowledge.
• Testing & commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Basic troubleshooting of ACMV equipment.
• Project scheduling and management.
• Understanding of WSH and ESH standards.
