ACMV Project Coordinator – Entry Level

About the role

The ACMV Project Coordinator will support the ACMV department in managing mechanical and electrical projects across Singapore. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in project coordination within an industrial pump and equipment distribution environment.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Head of the ACMV Department.
• Assist the sales team with project coordination and documentation.
• Coordinate and report on project progress.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Support on‑site rectification works as needed.
• Implement and document safety measures.
• Attend and contribute to site meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum ITE qualification in an engineering field.
• At least 1 year of experience in construction site and project management.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates will receive training.
• Possession of a Singapore Class 3 driving licence is a plus.

• Permanent employment with a salary up to SGD 3800 per month.

• Standard working hours: Mon‑Fri 8:30 am‑5:30 pm, Sat 8:30 am‑12:30 pm.
