ACMV Project Engineer to Senior Project Engineer (Upper Paya Lebar Road)

About the role

A permanent ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) project engineer position based at Upper Paya Lebar Road, advertised by Recruitment Alliance. The role covers design, budgeting, client coordination, project management and cost control, working about 5.5 days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Preliminary design and budgeting: develop preliminary designs during project tenders, prepare budgets for ACMV projects and create and evaluate designs and budgets for Design and Build tenders.
• Client and consultant coordination: liaise with clients and consultants to understand project requirements and resolve project issues efficiently.
• Project management: manage project timelines for on-time delivery, plan and allocate manpower, supervise site activities and coordinate with internal teams, external contractors and vendors.
• Project engineering: oversee the engineering of ACMV systems, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
• Cost management: monitor and control project costs to stay within the allocated budget.

Required profile

• 3 years of experience in ACMV works.
• Diploma in mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
