About the role
The College of Science at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is seeking an Adjunct Associate Professor to deliver graduate‑level instruction in the MSc in Cybersecurity – Applied Cryptography programme. The appointment involves teaching one or more courses over a 13‑week semester, contributing to the development of a cutting‑edge curriculum that prepares students for advanced roles in cryptography and information security.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and tutorials totaling at least 3.5 hours per week.
- Design and update course syllabi, lecture materials, and assessment tools.
- Prepare and grade assignments, exams, and project work.
- Provide regular consultation and feedback to students.
- Collaborate with programme faculty to ensure alignment with learning outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven record of teaching graduate‑level courses, preferably in both face‑to‑face and online formats.
- Strong academic background in cryptography, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
