Adjunct Trainer – Generative AI

About the role

Jiseek, a Singapore‑based training and consultancy firm, is seeking an Adjunct Trainer to deliver hands‑on Generative AI workshops for adult learners, professionals, and corporate clients. You will guide participants in applying AI tools to real‑world workplace tasks across productivity, automation, analytics, finance, leadership and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on Generative AI tools and workflows.
• Facilitate practical exercises, live demos and workplace‑based activities.
• Explain AI concepts in clear, business‑friendly language.
• Support learners in building AI‑driven workflows and solutions.
• Adapt delivery to diverse learner profiles, industries and client needs.
• Keep training content current with the latest AI tools and trends.
• Provide coaching, feedback and encouragement to boost learner confidence.

Required profile

• ACTA or ACLP certification from the Institute for Adult Learning, Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of practitioner and/or training experience in digital transformation, emerging technologies or related fields.
• Experience working with corporate clients, SMEs or public‑sector organisations.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Comfortable delivering both in‑person and virtual sessions.

Required skills

• Practical experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude.
• Familiarity with AI automation platforms, workflow tools and digital productivity systems.
• Knowledge of data analytics and AI applications in business contexts.
